Amigos y Amigas de Mujer, Inc.
Welcome to Mujer’s 30th commemorative year!
We have very exciting events planned for this year to
honor and celebrate the wonderful women of Mujer. We
truly hope you will join us throughout this year.
Over the past 30 years we have had many strong,
beautiful, professional, outstanding Mujeres serve as
members of our organization who graciously contributed
their talent, their traditions, their passion for their
culture and ancestry and their dedication to Mujer. As a
result, Mujer, Inc. has continued to grow and foster a
camaraderie that transcends to a higher level of
collaboration and cooperation known in our community as
“Comadrizmo.” We welcome all members of Mujer, past,
present and those who will join us in the not so distant
future to celebrate with us and share this year of
Mujer!
The
special events planned will also serve as our premier
fundraising events for our Project Mana Program. These
events include the return of our annual dance which
will also be the event in which we celebrate our 30th
Anniversary. The plans are underway to make this a very
special evening which is scheduled for May 7,
2011entitled, “Noche de Mujer.” Tickets are on sale
now! Please be sure to mark your calendars and plan on
spending a gala evening with us! Please watch for
advertising of this event. We will also be holding our
Second Annual Golf Tournament in the Fall and look
forward to another successful golf event! We hope you
will make plans to join us for this golf event as well.
We are currently working on updating our Mujer, Inc.
website with added facebook and other links and
resources readily available. Please be sure to check out
our Mujer, Inc. Store for all our special Mujer
products! Please be sure to continue to visit our

There is much more to share about Mujer, Inc. and if you
are interested in renewing your membership with us or
becoming a new member, we invite you wholeheartedly to
our organization. Please come join us at our next
quarterly general membership meeting to be held on June
23, 2011 at 5:30 p.m., you will find more information
about this and all our upcoming events in this
publication within and on our updated website!
